Personal data processing
Diveandsleep.com, processes the following personal data when you make a request for services or employment pursuant to Regulation (EU) no. 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (previously and hereinafter referred to as the 'Regulation'):
- name and surname
- email address
- message
- year of birth
Reasons for processing personal data
These personal data must be processed in order to create an offer of services, to negotiate this offer, or to answer your question. This processing is allowed under Art. 6 par. 1 subpar. b) of the Regulation. These data will be processed by Diveandsleep.com throughout negotiations and the conclusion of a contract between you and Diveandsleep.com, for no longer than 1 year from when your request was made, unless you give your consent to further processing.
Personal data controller
Personal data are processed by Controller Diveandsleep.com. However, other processors such as providers of processing software, services and applications may also process the data for the Controller, although the company is currently not using these.

WHALE SHARK
